Paul Lanagan is our principal consultant for New Focus Consulting. Paul has over thirty years experience in engineering and management, with masters degrees and diplomas in business administration and engineering and a Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment. He is a certified six sigma blackbelt, experienced in business process improvement using lean enterprise and six sigma tools. Paul is certified by IRCA as a management systems auditor. He has developed many independently ISO-certified quality, safety and environmental management systems, most of them integrated systems.
